Rv Lights Flickering When Plugged In

All the lamps fans water pump etc still operate on 12 volts dc just that the dc electricity is provided by the converter instead of the batteries while plugged in.

Recently my lights in my fifth wheel have started getting dim and sometimes flickering. If not it s the converter. When i run the furnace after a few minutes the above lights flicker and the above lights and answered by a verified rv mechanic. How can i determine whether my problem is a four year old battery or the charger or the converter.
