Thank you so much for all who participated. The 2020 duck race went virtual for a live streamed event this year providing safety for racers. The 23rd annual rubber duck dash with ducks floating down the north platte river was modified to make the event safer for a public gathering. By adopting duckies you re helping to advance the independence productivity and empowermen.

A longstanding summit county tradition the great rubber duck race has supported our community for over three decades. Instead we are taking the race virtual. For 2020 the event was called a duck draw. On saturday march 21 2020 united cerebral palsy association of hawaii s famous rubber duckies will take their 33rd annual dive in the waters of the ala wai canal for the great hawaii rubber duckie race.

8 000 rubber ducks will race down the mighty chena river from the wendell street bridge to the finish line at the cushman street bridge. A longstanding summit county tradition the great rubber duck race has supported our community for three decades. Join us for the 2020 annual rubber duck race fundraiser on saturday sept. Funds raised by the loveland rotary club duck race will be used to provide covid 19 relief promote literacy and provide high school scholarships in the thompson school district. We awarded over 400 hundred prizes this year to duck race winners. The fastest winning ducks will win fantastic prizes for their duck adoptive parents. The winning duck and ticket receives a 500 grand prize. The event is hosted by the orange beach lions club and all of the proceeds go toward college scholarships and community service in orange beach.
